You Can Count In Elasin!

The Elasin numerical system is base 14, which is quite a foreign concept when compared with our own base 10 system. For example, the base 10 number system uses the following single digit integers:
0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9
To this set, Elasin would add:

NOTE:These are NOT the actual numbers in Elasin! The actual written symbols will be discussed later. For now we will use !, @, #, $ to explain the system.
Therefore, the total digits would look something like this:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ! @ # $
Our 14 then would appear as:
10
With 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 looking like:
10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 1! 1@ 1# 1$
And then 28 would be...?
Right, 20 (in Elasin)
Below, we will use the !, @, #, and $ to simulate Elasin. The Elasin zero is hafni, which is also the word for "empty." Here are the names of the numbers:

Now, let's see how this works:
When combining or reading numbers, the conjunction li is used:
So, base 10 "15" in Elasin is...11 - mata li dofa.
Base 10 "200" in Elasin is...104 - matai nano.
Base 10 "1964" in Elasin is...!04 - potai nano.
Note that when combining Elasin "100's," li is not used.
